Ineligible countries beware

First things first, having your profile verified has been the most exhausting process I’ve ever faced. Honestly, it took me at least a week of verifying my account to do transactions.

Between going back and forth sending documents I officially got my profile verified. It did not end there.

I had committed to transferring $73.85 into my actual account. EFT in south africa is not yet accommodated, VISA card transfer was not “supported” in my specified country, and what’s disgusting was the WIRE transfer fee.

At the time my only option was to wire transfer, the fee is $50 which is abysmal.

Spoke to support numerously, and been told on numerous occasions that it’s my only option. After a hassle ridden experience, I eventually found out that card is supported but only mastercard, VISA isn’t supported anymore (they don’t mention that anywhere.) I had to specifically take out a bank account which had mastercard to get my funds transferred in a cheaper method.

This is not made clear. You’d find that you go through the hassle of enrolling your profile and this happens? I’m fortunate that mastercard was supported, hadn’t it been- then I’d be faced with an unfortunate predicament.

Please do research for your country before using it. If it wasn’t for their lack of transparency and that disgusting $50 fee, this review might have been good.

The card transfer is quick an painless, also support is helpful when it’s a live chat, that’s all I can think of for now.

Im writing this fallow up review about paxum to acknowledge one of their employee ruth who was extremely professional and very helpful. I was finally able to verify my account at paxum and tried my first EFT. I will update this when it arrives at my bank in 3-5 biz days. The one positive thing I can say is ruth is a very professional and helpful employee. I would give her 5 stars. Im just happy I have ruth to help me. Paxum is very lucky to have her. I deleted my other review after ruth spent the time to help me through every step of the verification process. Im hoping to now have a more positive experience with paxum 100% because of her.

A total nightmare an waste of time

Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If you have any other option just go wiith that other option.
It was a nigthmare to be aproved and another nightmare to retire funds (haven't been able to).
Opened the occount almos 3 years ago and the proval system was so messy that I gave up and used payoneer instead. Now that payoneer is gone as we knew it I was constantly mailing and talking to support system and the info they gave me for the aproval didn't work and the main page had bugs.
Finally got aproved and its been over 9 month and the car is still in "printing" sooo. And i have called so many times and nobody answer the phone.

I am a paxum costumer

I am a paxum costumer. I have been trying to get the paxum card from them for 1 YEAR - card that I have PAID FOR and they are totally useless at shipping it! It RETURNED 3 times already, even though I provided them with ALL the correct shipping info possible. They're simply not capable of notifying in time, providing my correct details to the shipping company, and they have even gave me a wrong tracking number, that after I had to message them like 5 times asking where is my card. A complete fiasco, while in the meantime, I have to pay a lot of extra fees for every withdrawl from them. The support is totally useless too. They answer really hard, and it leaves the impression that they don't even EVER look into the issue. They just answer with standard copy-paste answers that are totally unhelpful and never solve anything. I even got the same off topic answer on the same ticket two times, and it made no sense in the context with my issue. Really considering changing the company. The only alright part with them is that they are indeed an easy to use payment processing company when it comes to getting paid via internet, but the rest of the servicies are very poor.

Paxum support is as bad as support gets. If you call their phone number 1 in 6 times you get through to somone.

If you fillout the online contact form (done it several times) you never hear back from them.

If you open up a ticket they just close it down even if the issue is not resolved.

My big issue is not being able to withdraw. I have a single owner company and paxum has refused to verify the account so I can withdraw funds. Even after paying my secretary of state for proof of ownership of the company they still won't verify the account. They say they don't know I'm the single owner. It's clear as day if you look the company up it's a single owner.

This is just an excuse not to be able to send out the money. I'd avoid at all costs and companies that use paxum my advice is to stay as far away as possible.

The other item here is there isn't any real contact or way to communicate to the business owner. No active social profiles, no linkedin that you can connect with, the twitter and facebook aspects are close. This is further proof that they are not a real company that can be trusted.
